According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Lushan New Materials (603051.SH) announced that its shareholder Lushan Information plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,042,600 shares, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the announcement of the reduction plan, with the reduction price determined based on market prices
