Fangsheng Pharmaceutical announced on July 22 that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tengwangge Pharmaceutical signed a "Drug Marketing Authorization Transfer Agreement" to transfer the ownership of the "Qiangli Pipa Lu" drug variety to Kangpu Pharmaceutical at a price not lower than the company's cost price, with the transaction amount within the approval authority of the chairman.
