# Two executives of CSBM plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.11% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Changshan Beiming (000158.SZ) announced that the company's vice chairman Li Feng and director and general manager Ying Huajiang plan to reduce their shareholdings within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement through centralized bidding or block trading. Li Feng holds 7.0494 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.44% of the total share capital, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.7623 million shares, accounting for 0.11% of the total share capital. Ying Huajiang holds 7.0813 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.44% of the total share capital, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.7703 million shares, accounting for 0.11% of the total share capital
