# Li Ning, director and general manager of GGECO, has been placed under detention

According to the announcement from GGECO (688776.SH), on July 22, 2025, the company received a phone notification from the Discipline Inspection Commission of Dingnan County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, stating that Mr. Li Ning, the company's director and general manager, has been placed under detention.

Given that Mr. Li Ning is temporarily unable to perform his duties as general manager during the detention period, to ensure the normal operation of the company's subsequent business, the company convened the second meeting of the ninth board of directors on July 22, 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal to appoint Mr. Zhang Ya, the chairman of the board, to perform the duties of general manager and legal representative during Mr. Li Ning's inability to serve. Currently, all production and business activities of the company are proceeding normally
