According to the announcement from ZPMC (600320.SH), in order to focus on its main responsibilities and optimize the allocation of advantageous resources, the company plans to transfer all of its equity in China Communications Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Communications Photovoltaic) to China Urban and Rural Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Urban and Rural) through a non-public agreement.
