According to the Zhitong Finance APP, C&Y Pharmaceutical (300254.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of no more than 9.15 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for 3.68% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. Among them, 7.95 million shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 171 recipients for the first grant, and the grant price (including reserves) is set at 5.60 yuan/share
