Lin Zhong has served as the company's independent director since July 22, 2019, completing a continuous term of 6 years, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his departure. Lin Zhong's resignation will result in the proportion of independent directors on the company's board not meeting legal requirements, and his resignation will take effect after the company's shareholders' meeting elects a new independent director. Before the company holds a shareholders' meeting to elect a new independent director, Lin Zhong will continue to fulfill his duties as an independent director and as a member of relevant specialized committees
