# KemaTek plans to acquire 73% equity of Suzhou Kaixin for 102 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KemaTek (301611.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire 73% of the equity of Suzhou Kaixin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Kaixin") for cash of 102 million yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will directly hold 73% of the equity of Suzhou Kaixin.

Suzhou Kaixin's product layout and R&D capabilities in the field of silicon carbide ceramics complement KemaTek's existing product system well. This acquisition will help KemaTek further enrich and improve its product layout in the field of silicon carbide ceramic materials and components, forming a more comprehensive and complete silicon carbide material system and semiconductor ceramic component system, which is beneficial for further enhancing its comprehensive service capabilities for semiconductor customers, while also expanding the application of KemaTek's silicon carbide material system in other sectors of the national economy
