# CONSYS: Has repurchased 1.6926 million shares, accounting for 1.0775% of the company's total share capital

On the evening of July 22, CONSYS announced that the company has approved the use of its own funds to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used in the future for equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, or to be canceled and reduce the company's registered capital at an appropriate time. As of July 22, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 692,600 shares, accounting for 1.08% of the company's total share capital, with the highest transaction price being 45.36 yuan/share and the lowest price being 39.86 yuan/share, totaling a fund usage of 29.9836 million yuan. Given that the company has already repurchased 1 million shares in the previous share repurchase plan, as of July 22, the company's dedicated securities account has cumulatively repurchased a total of 1,692,600 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.0775% of the company's total share capital
