According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Southeast Network Framework (002135.SZ) announced that on July 22, 2025, the Hangzhou Public Resources Trading Network released the "Qianjiang Century City Intelligent Comprehensive Science and Technology Innovation Park EPC General Contracting Bid Announcement," confirming that the consortium formed by the company, Zhejiang Guofeng Group Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang University Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. is the winning bidder for the "Qianjiang Century City Intelligent Comprehensive Science and Technology Innovation Park EPC General Contracting."
