# GRG Metrology & Test plans to raise no more than 1.3 billion yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GRG Metrology & Test (002967.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed RMB 1.3 billion (including the principal), and after deducting issuance costs, it is intended to be used for the following projects: aviation equipment (including low-altitude) testing platform project, next-generation artificial intelligence chip testing platform project, satellite internet quality assurance platform project, and data intelligence quality safety inspection and testing platform project
