# BOSUN: Vice President Zhang Houjun resigned due to a job transfer

On July 23rd, BOSUN announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Deputy General Manager Zhang Houjun. Zhang Houjun applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager of the company and the position of director of its subsidiary, Wenshang Wei Machine Parts Co., Ltd., due to a job transfer. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation letter will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors. On the same day, the company held the 24th meeting of the sixth board of directors, which approved the appointment of Wang Junjie as the Deputy General Manager of the company, consistent with the term of the sixth board of directors
