# Keeson: Completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained a new business license

Keeson Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed the registration procedures for changes in business operations and obtained a new "Business License" issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration. Previously, the company's 28th meeting of the third board of directors and the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting had approved proposals to change the registered capital, registered address, business scope, and amend the "Articles of Association." The new business license registration information shows that the company's registered capital is 352.991621 million yuan, the address has changed to 1508 Xiushui Avenue, Wangjiangjing Town, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and the business scope includes the manufacturing and sales of smart devices, production and operation of medical devices, import and export of goods, and other general and licensed projects
