# LTRQ shareholders and executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.61 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LTRQ (605368.SH) announced that within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (the window period for no reduction), shareholder Li Guoxi intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 2 million shares, accounting for 0.280% of the company's total share capital; shareholder Li Xiaoxuan intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 290,000 shares, accounting for 0.041% of the company's total share capital; and board secretary Zhao Xin intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 320,000 shares, accounting for 0.045% of the company's total share capital
