# SFK: Existing stock option plan expires

According to the announcement from New Fortune Harbor (01447), on November 19, 2015, New Fortune Harbor Construction Group Limited (the Company) adopted a share option scheme based on the ordinary resolution of the Company's shareholders (the Existing Share Option Scheme). The Existing Share Option Scheme will be valid for ten years from the date of its adoption and will expire on November 19, 2025. After the expiration of the Existing Share Option Scheme, the Company will no longer grant share options. As of the date of this announcement, there are no unexercised share options under the Existing Share Option Scheme
