(a private limited company registered in England, hereinafter referred to as "the Target Company" or "ASL") held by Central Glass Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Central Glass Japan", a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with stock code 4044). This transaction will bring improvements to the company in multiple aspects and create effective synergies with the Target Company: 1. The overseas sales channels owned by the Target Company will assist the company's business expansion. The existing sales and warehousing systems of the Target Company can help the company expand overseas customers and quickly respond to overseas customer delivery demands, accelerating the company's global channel expansion speed. 2. The Target Company has a rich and diverse range of products, including organic compounds, inorganic compounds, intermediates, and other chemicals.
