According to the announcement from TC (603085.SH), Yunnan Trust plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.971 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement of the reduction plan (i.e., from August 14, 2025, to November 13, 2025)
