On the evening of July 23, Sanmu Group announced that the company recently received a subpoena from the Jin'an District Court of Fuzhou City. Fuzhou Rongtou Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. has filed three lawsuits against the company regarding a sales contract dispute, with an amount involved of approximately 107 million yuan. As the court has not yet held a hearing, the outcome of the lawsuit is uncertain, and it cannot yet be determined how it will affect the company's profits
