# iRay: Tianjin Sequoia and Beijing Sequoia plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2% in total

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, iRay (688301.SH) announced that its shareholders Tianjin Sequoia and Beijing Sequoia plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.0044 million shares through block trading, accounting for no more than 2% of the total number of company shares. The implementation will take place within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement of the reduction plan (from August 15, 2025, to November 14, 2025)
