According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XINXING PIPES (000778.SZ) announced that the company intends to transfer 51% of its equity in its controlling subsidiary, XINXING PIPES Urumqi Mining Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Urumqi Mining"), through public listing at the Beijing Property Exchange and recover related debts. This transaction will be listed at a starting price of no less than the assessed value of the equity of Urumqi Mining by the asset appraisal agency and the amount of related debts, with a starting price of 205 million yuan
