# ZHENDE MEDICAL: Plans to repurchase 615,667 unvested shares of the company

On the evening of July 23, ZHENDE MEDICAL announced that the third unlocking period of the first employee stock ownership plan had expired on July 2, 2024. The performance assessment indicators at the company level were not met, and the corresponding target stocks could not be unlocked. As of the date of this announcement, the employee stock ownership plan account holds 615,700 shares of the company, accounting for 0.23% of the company's total share capital. After review, the duration of this employee stock ownership plan will be extended by 6 months, until January 2, 2026. The company plans to repurchase the 615,667 shares of the company that could not be unlocked at the agreed price using its own funds.
