# Wanfeng: Zhoushan Ruihao plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wanfeng (603172.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from Zhoushan Ruihao regarding its "Share Reduction Plan." Due to its own funding needs, it plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2,667,600 shares through block trading, which is no more than 2% of the company's current total share capital
