# DHCT: Cheng Guojun resigns as Secretary of the Board, Song Zhuo takes over

DHCT announced that due to internal work changes, Cheng Guojun submitted his resignation report as the secretary of the board of directors to the company's board, and the resignation took effect upon delivery of the report to the board. After resigning from the position of secretary of the board, Cheng Guojun will continue to serve as a director and general manager of the company. The company's board has appointed Song Zhuo as the new secretary of the board, and both parties have completed the handover in accordance with the company's relevant systems, so this change of secretary of the board will not have any impact on the company
