According to the announcement from Zhujiang Co., Ltd. (600684.SH), as of the end of the second quarter of 2025, the company (including Guangzhou Zhujiang Urban Management Service Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Zhujiang Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd.) manages a total of 396 residential, public building, and sports venue projects, with a signed construction area of approximately 47.1432 million square meters. Among them, the company manages 143 residential projects, with a construction area of approximately 20.1472 million square meters; 222 public building projects, with a construction area of approximately 23.6953 million square meters; and 31 sports venue projects, with a construction area of approximately 3.3007 million square meters (the total numbers above may differ slightly due to rounding).

In the second quarter of 2025, new sports venues include the Ganzhou National Fitness Center and the Guangzhou Fangcun Workers' Cultural Palace Swimming Pool, with a construction area of approximately 374,000 square meters
