# CHUHUAN Technology: The controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties voluntarily commit not to reduce their holdings of the company's shares within the next 12 months

CHUHUAN announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Chen Budong, Wu Yibo, and their concerted actor Xu Shiyong collectively hold 38.3824 million shares of the company, accounting for 48.07% of the total shares, all of which are pre-IPO restricted shares, expected to be listed and tradable on July 25, 2025. The three parties promised not to actively reduce their holdings through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods within 12 months from the date of the shares being listed and tradable. If they violate this commitment, all proceeds from the reduction will belong to the company
