# GZPR's application for issuing shares to specific targets has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GZPR (600684.SH) announced that on July 24, 2025, it received the "Exchange Review Opinions on the Stock Issuance by Guangzhou Zhujiang Development Group Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The specific review opinions are as follows: "The application for stock issuance by Guangzhou Zhujiang Development Group Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit your company's application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt."
