According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YONGAN PHARMACEUTICAL (002365.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Huanggang Yongan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huanggang Yongan"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.6323 million shares (accounting for 0.91% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
