# PRIMARIUS signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Guotou and Shanghai Xinhhechuang

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PRIMARIUS (688206.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Guotou") and Shanghai Xinhhe Chuang No. 1 Private Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shanghai Xinhhe Chuang") based on the principles of mutual trust, mutual benefit, and win-win development, to jointly promote comprehensive cooperation among the three parties in areas such as EDA industry integration.

The signing of this agreement will establish a strategic cooperative relationship and cooperation mechanism among the three parties, fully leveraging PRIMARIUS's forward-looking layout and industry integration capabilities in the EDA industry, assisting PRIMARIUS in accelerating its EDA industry layout, improving the EDA product chain, enhancing research and development technology levels, accelerating technology transformation and market expansion, promoting deep collaboration and business expansion along the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, and continuously improving the company's operational efficiency and market competitiveness
