According to the announcement from Infosec (688201.SH), due to the personal funding needs of shareholders, Wang Yixin, the company's controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers, director, senior management personnel, and core technical staff, plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 7.05 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, with the reduction not exceeding 2.22% of the company's total share capital
