# San Yang Ma Holdings' subsidiary Zhiren Technology signed a product procurement contract worth 120 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, San Yang Ma (001317.SZ) announced that on July 24, 2025, its holding subsidiary San Yang Ma Zhi Ren Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhi Ren Technology") signed a "Product Procurement Contract" with a domestic automotive special parts company (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"), under which Zhi Ren Technology will exclusively supply sensor products for the specified vehicle models in the contract to the Customer. The contract period is from July 24, 2025, to July 24, 2030, with a contract amount of RMB 120 million (excluding tax)
