Coco Healthcare announced that its shareholder Hangzhou Wei Aino plans to reduce its holdings of 4.2312 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from August 15, 2025, to November 14, 2025, accounting for no more than 1.56% of the total share capital; Hangzhou Wei Aino No. 2, holding 2 million shares, plans to reduce no more than 1.353 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.50% of the total share capital; Hangzhou Wei Aino No. 3, holding 1.9933 million shares, plans to reduce no more than 1.5588 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.57% of the total share capital
