According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Welgao (301251.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, proposing to grant a total of 1.58 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.17% of the company's total share capital on the announcement date of this incentive plan draft. Among them, 1.27 million shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 89 incentive recipients, and the grant price is set at 20.87 yuan per share
