# FSM Chairman Liu Bing has been detained

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FSM (002818.SZ) has recently received a notice issued by the Chengdu Pi County Supervisory Committee regarding the detention of the company's chairman, Mr. Liu Bing.

During the detention period, Mr. Liu Bing is temporarily unable to perform his duties as chairman. According to relevant laws and regulations and Article 113 of the Articles of Association, if the chairman is unable or fails to perform his duties, the vice chairman, Mr. Liu Yunhua, will perform the relevant duties of the chairman on his behalf. As of the date of the announcement, the company's control has not changed, and all other directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel, except for Mr. Liu Bing, are currently performing their duties normally
