BTN announced that its shareholder Sequoia Capital currently holds 40.6986 million shares, accounting for 9.66% of the company; it plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 2% of the total shares of the company, or no more than 8.4259 million shares, through centralized bidding or block trading from August 15, 2025, to November 14, 2025. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at that time
