According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Trendzone (603030.SH) has announced a plan for a simplified procedure to issue shares to specific targets in 2025. The total amount of funds raised through this simplified procedure will not exceed 180 million yuan and will not exceed 20% of the company's net assets at the end of the most recent year. After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds are intended to be used entirely for the following projects: an artificial intelligence technology-based design and product ecosystem platform project for the construction industry, and a marketing display center and brand promotion construction project
