# Luolai: Xue Xia resigns as Secretary of the Board, Ding Wei takes over

Luolai announced on July 25th that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the board secretary Xue Xia, who applied to resign from the position of board secretary for personal reasons. After resigning, Xue Xia will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries, and her resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. The company held the 14th meeting of the sixth board of directors on July 25, 2025, and approved the proposal regarding the appointment of the company's board secretary. Upon the chairman's nomination, the board of directors agreed to appoint Ding Wei as the board secretary, with a term starting from the date of this board meeting's approval until the end of the sixth board's term
