(hereinafter referred to as "Lanhud Venture Capital"), agreed to transfer 2.2% of the property share it holds in the Qingsong Lanhud Industry Fund (corresponding to a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 11 million and a paid-in capital contribution of RMB 0) to Chen Weiwei at a transfer price of RMB 0; Lanhud Venture Capital also agreed to transfer 2% of the property share it holds in the Qingsong Lanhud Industry Fund (corresponding to a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 10 million and a paid-in capital contribution of RMB 0) to Xu Yuangao at a transfer price of RMB 0.
