# Freewon expects a net loss of approximately 17 million yuan in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Freewon (688678.SH) released its performance forecast for the first half of 2025, expecting a net loss attributable to the parent company's owners of approximately 17 million yuan, a decrease of 62.8035 million yuan compared to the same period last year (statutory disclosure data).

In the first half of the year, the subsidiary Nantong Freewon has not yet fully commenced production, resulting in significant expenses such as depreciation and labor costs. During this reporting period, Nantong Freewon incurred a loss of approximately 31.9 million yuan. To respond to the peak season for consumer electronics demand in the third quarter and the order demand for new headphone projects from major North American clients, Nantong Freewon has preemptively arranged production capacity for its factory equipment, with capacity set to be released in the third quarter according to order arrangements
