On the evening of July 25, Liaoning Energy announced that Shenzhen Xianglong Investment Partnership reduced its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 39.6604 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 11, 2025, to July 24, 2025, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plan has been completed. After the reduction, Shenzhen Xianglong holds 74.131055 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.61% of the company's total share capital
