# ST Power New Energy stocks are subject to additional risk warnings

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ST Power New Energy (688184.SH) released a notice stating that based on the "Explanation of Fund Occupation" issued by one of the actual controllers, Zhang Bao, the actual controller, Zhang Bao, occupied the company's funds through suppliers amounting to 141.42 million yuan, with 49.9188 million yuan occupied from sales receivables, totaling 191.3388 million yuan in principal occupied. As of the announcement date, the company has received 30 million yuan of the occupied funds returned by Zhang Bao, and the company will continue to urge the return of the principal and interest. According to Article 12.9.1, Item (1) of the "Listing Rules for Stocks on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange," the company's A-share stock will be subject to additional risk warnings starting from July 28, 2025.

After the additional risk warning is implemented, the company's stock abbreviation will still be "ST Power New Energy," and the stock code will remain "688184."
