# Entive plans to participate in the establishment of Shanghai Deshu Cloud Private Equity Fund Partnership

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Entive (300911.SZ) announced that in order to promote the company's long-term development, fully leverage the strengths and resource advantages of professional investment institutions, further broaden the company's industry fields and enhance comprehensive competitiveness, the company plans to sign the "Partnership Agreement of Shanghai Deshu Cloud Private Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership Agreement") with Lloyd Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lloyd") and Tianjin Zhonghuicheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghuicheng Intelligent"), to jointly invest in the establishment of the Shanghai Deshu Cloud Private Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Deshu Cloud" or "Partnership" provisional name, with the final name subject to the registration and approval of the market supervision and management authority).

The total subscribed capital contribution of the Partnership is RMB 2 billion, of which the company and its affiliates will contribute RMB 998 million, Lloyd and its affiliates will contribute RMB 1.2435 million, and Zhonghuicheng Intelligent and its affiliates will contribute RMB 1 billion
