According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHERVON-AUTO (603982.SH) announced that on July 25, 2025, it received the "Exchange Review Opinions on the Issuance of Shares by Nanjing CHERVON-AUTO Precision Technology Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The specific review opinions are as follows: "The application for the issuance of shares by Nanjing CHERVON-AUTO Precision Technology Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit your company's application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt."
