Chipsea Technology announced that from January 29, 2024, to April 29, 2024, it repurchased a total of 2.2906 million shares, accounting for 1.61% of the total share capital; it plans to reduce no more than 1.4206 million shares through centralized bidding from August 18, 2025, to November 18, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital, with the funds used to replenish working capital
