# FSSS: Jincheng Shazhou intends to make a tender offer to acquire 5% of the company's shares at RMB 5.6 per share

According to the announcement from Fushun Special Steel (600399.SH), Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Jincheng Shazhou Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jincheng Shazhou") plans to issue a partial tender offer to all shareholders of the company, excluding itself and its concerted parties. The number of shares to be acquired in the tender offer is 98.605 million shares, accounting for 5% of the company's total share capital, with a tender offer price of 5.6 yuan per share.

After the completion of this tender offer, Jincheng Shazhou and its concerted parties will hold a maximum of 690 million shares in total, accounting for 34.99% of the company's total issued shares. This tender offer is not aimed at terminating the company's listing status, and the acquisition funds will come from its own funds and self-raised funds
