# Dcenti: Plans to take a stake in the establishment of Guangdong Zhongtuo Metal Resources Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Dcenti (603335.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Dcenti New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dcenti New Materials Company"), and Guangdong Weima New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Weima Company") plan to jointly invest with Jiangsu Fengchuang Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangsu Fengchuang Company") and Jia Shurong to establish a company named "Guangdong Zhongtuo Metal Resources Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Guangdong Zhongtuo Company", with the final name subject to approval by the industrial and commercial administration). The registered capital is RMB 50 million. Jiangsu Fengchuang Company will contribute RMB 27.5 million in cash, accounting for 55% of the registered capital; Dcenti New Materials Company will contribute RMB 10 million in cash, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Guangdong Weima Company will contribute RMB 10 million in cash, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Jia Shurong will contribute RMB 2.5 million in cash, accounting for 5% of the registered capital
