According to the announcement from Dongtu Technology (300353.SZ), in order to better integrate the company's overseas resources, promote corporate development, and advance overseas industrial layout, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongtu Technology Hong Kong Limited (tentative name, final name subject to registration results), in Hong Kong using its own funds. The amount of this external investment is USD 2 million (or equivalent in other currencies, with the final investment amount subject to actual investment)
