According to the announcement from Farben Information (300925.SZ), JiaJiaTong, GengDuBang, and MuJiaLin plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 12.6535 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding, block trading, or a combination of both within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from August 18, 2025, to November 17, 2025)
