# Shareholders of SHANGHAI HAJIME ADVANCED MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY, Ningbo Baizhao and Ningbo Huazhao, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from Zhimin Technology (301000.SZ), shareholder Ningbo Baizhao plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.2119 million shares (including this number) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (accounting for 0.5% of the company's total share capital); and to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.42395 million shares (including this number) through block trading (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital).

Shareholder Ningbo Huazhao plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.2119 million shares (including this number) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (accounting for 0.5% of the company's total share capital); and to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.42395 million shares (including this number) through block trading (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital)
