# On the eve of WAIC, four domestic chip giants gathered together

On the eve of the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2025) on July 25, Jieyue Xingchen officially released the new generation of foundational large model Step 3. Journalists at the press conference noted that at the roundtable forum for the Step 3 model release, Chen Weiliang, founder, chairman, and general manager of Muxi Co., Ltd., Gai Lujian, chairman and CEO of Tianshu Zhixin, Zhao Lidong, founder, chairman, and CEO of Suiyuan Technology, and Zhang Wen, founder, chairman, and CEO of Biran Technology, rarely shared the stage to discuss "Collaborative Innovation between Large Models and Chips."
