According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jirfine (301603.SZ) announced that its shareholder Guozheng Asset Management - INDUSTRIAL BANK - Anxin Asset Management Jirfine executives participating in the ChiNext strategic allocation collective asset management plan (formerly known as Anxin Securities Asset Management - INDUSTRIAL BANK - Anxin Asset Management Jirfine executives participating in the ChiNext strategic allocation collective asset management plan, referred to as "Employee Strategic Allocation Asset Management Plan") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.583 million shares (accounting for 2.14% of the company's total share capital) through block trading or centralized bidding trading methods within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
